Joining a Brighterly lesson is straightforward and requires just a few steps. This page explains how to join a Brighterly lesson, starting from signing in to the platform.
Follow These Steps
Sign in to your Brighterly account. You can sign in to the Brighterly learning platform in one of two simple ways:
A. If you haven’t booked a lesson prior, go to the Brighterly website and click the Log In button in the top right corner of the page. Enter your Brighterly login information, receive an access code, and follow instructions to complete the login process.
B. If you have already booked a lesson, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Open this email and click the link inside. It will automatically take you to your Brighterly account.
*The second option is most convenient if you’re using a computer or tablet.
2. Find your lesson on the subject page. Once you're signed in to your account, you'll see the subject page with all of your upcoming Brighterly lessons. Each lesson has a lesson card with the date and time, and a Join lesson button. The button becomes active 5 minutes before the scheduled lesson time, so don't worry if it isn't clickable right away.
You'll also receive a reminder email before each scheduled lesson. Every reminder email will contain a button that takes you straight to the subject page.
3. Click Join lesson and wait to be connected. To join a Brighterly lesson, click Join lesson. You’ll see a loading screen with the message "Please wait until we connect you to the lesson room" with the time left until the lesson. Wait for your tutor to join the classroom — as soon as they do, you'll be redirected to the lesson automatically.
