Base rate per lesson
You get paid for every completed lesson based on a clear base-rate model. You get a stable starting point and predictable compensation for your teaching time. In the first month, our tutors can earn up to $350+.
Loyalty-based growth model
Your earnings can increase as you continue teaching and develop with Brighterly. We reward long-term collaboration, your consistency, and constant dedication. Tutors who stay consistent with their lessons reach $600+ by the third month.
No-show & late cancellation compensation
If a student misses a lesson or cancels late, you still get compensation. So your earnings stay reliable and your time stays respected.
Performance-based increase

Are these full-time or part-time teaching jobs?
Teaching remote jobs at Brighterly usually start as flexible part-time roles. You can increase your workload to full-time as your availability and performance grow.
What are the working hours?
You teach students based on US time zones. Peak hours are typically 5 PM to 9 PM New York time, when most students are available after school.
How many students will I get?
We expect our tutors to teach at least 20 hours per week. The number of students you get depends on your availability, performance, and current demand. As you stay consistent, your student base can grow with you.
How is payment processed?
You can choose PayPal, Payoneer, or GCash for payouts. You get paid monthly based on the number of completed lessons. You also receive compensation for student no-shows.
How does probation work?
During probation, you adapt to the Brighterly platform and complete your first lessons. At this time, you receive feedback and adapt to our teaching standards before moving into active status. After successfully passing probation, you gain full access to students and higher rates.
Can I grow beyond a tutor job?
Yes, you can grow into additional roles beyond a Brighterly teaching career, such as mentoring, customer support, hiring, and other internal projects.
