Education and professional skills
Camille began her teaching career at Holy Angel University, a private Catholic research university in Angeles City, the Philippines. In 2016, Camille received her Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in Special Education.
After graduation, Camille began teaching, using her own pedagogical methods and strategies to meet her students’ specific needs.
In 2019, Camille completed a Master of Arts in Special Education at the Angeles University Foundation. Thus, she improved her qualifications, significantly expanding her knowledge of teaching children with various educational needs. This expertise allowed her to better develop and implement effective teaching strategies in her future work.
Camille’s experience before Brighterly
Before joining the Brighterly tutoring team, Camille worked for about 9 years at Brightwoods School as a grade school teacher.
As an elementary school teacher, Camille realized over the years what approach she should take with every student. She has become a true professional in building trust with children, holding their interest in math, and leading them to the best results.

My approach to teaching is based on patience and kindness, which makes learning engaging for every student. The greatest reward for me is the students' achievements and their growth in learning math topics.
In addition to being a professional teacher, Camille’s other strengths are worth highlighting. She is fluent in Filipino, English, Kapampangan, and sign language. This opens her new horizons in communicating with diverse students.
She has also completed a number of professional training and certifications, including Google Certification Training and online teaching courses, Singapore Math Training, and more.
Current activities and approach to students
Camille is currently working as a math tutor at Brighterly, an educational platform for children.
In addition, Camille creates math worksheets for children of different ages and blog articles for Brighterly, especially useful for parents who want life hacks on how to help their children with their studies.
She prioritizes building strong relationships with her students, using her excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive and productive learning environment.
